To qualify for a refund, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition, complete with all original packaging.

3. Refund Process for Free Initial Delivery:
If your initial delivery was free, the cost of delivery will be deducted from the refund amount to cover our shipping expenses.

4. Exchanges with Free Initial Delivery:
If you are exchanging an item and the initial delivery was free, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product to you.

5. Exchanges with Non-Free Initial Delivery:
In case the initial delivery was not free, you will be responsible for covering the delivery charge of the exchanged product.

6. Refund Processing Time:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days.

7. Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package's safe arrival.

8. Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund, including the shipping cost.
